Order before 1pm and we'll have them at the door the same day. After that it's next morning. If it's a birthday you nearly forgot, call the shop — we've saved a few of those.

Five to ten days with a bit of looking after. Trim a centimetre off the stems every couple of days, change the water when it clouds, and keep them out of direct sun. Peonies and lilies often go longer.

Yes. Tell us at checkout what to swap in or leave out — no lilies, more greenery, all white, whatever it is. If a stem isn't at its best that morning we'll replace it with something of equal value and let you know.

We write it by hand and tuck it into the wrap. Type it in the order notes exactly as you'd like it to read, and we'll copy it word for word.
